Shipping
Delivery is FREE for all UK and Channel Island customers, regardless of how many items are in your order. All deliveries are made by Royal Mail.
We work really hard to get your order to you quickly and efficiently. Orders are usually processed within 24 hours of receipt, assuming that stock is available, making delivery to you between 2-4 days. We make it our priority to keep the stock on our website accurate but in the event of an item being out of stock, we will contact you quickly to discuss when the stock is due back in, an alternative product or canceling your order.
UK: Your goods are sent by Royal Mail First Class Packet Post and should arrive within 2 working days of sending.

Returns & Exchanges
21 day Returns Policy
If you are not 100% happy with your mynewshoes purchase, you can exchange it quickly and easily for an alternative size, colour or style or we can issue you with a full refund.
The item must be returned as new, in unworn condition (we recommend trying on your new shoes on a carpet to prevent marking the soles), with all tags still intact and within 21 days of purchase.
Please enclose your packing slip as proof of purchase. If you would like to exchange your goods, please enclose a note quoting your order number and what size, colour or style you require.
Shipping charges for returned goods are paid for by you the customer. We recommend that you obtain a proof of posting for all returned items as we cannot accept any responsibility for any returned products whilst they are in the postal system.
Please note: Mynewshoes are unable to exchange or refund for items that are returned but are no longer in a resaleable condition as a result of being worn.
This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Goods
In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or we have sent you the wrong product, please return the item to the above returns address, as new with all labels and tags intact, eclosing your mynewshoes packing slip. We will be happy to replace the item or issue a full refund. Mynewshoes will pay for the shipping charges incurred for damaged/faulty or incorrect items.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Replacement Rivets
The rivets on all crocs shoes are guaranteed. In the event that you have a faulty or broken rivet please do not incur the cost of sending your crocs shoes back to us. Just simply give us a ring or drop us an e-mail and we will be happy to send you replacement rivets free of charge.
You can e-mail us at info@mynewshoes.co.uk and let us know the size, colour and style of your crocs, so we can organize the replacement.
